What to Expect
Did you know that over 80% of our energy is directed outward while our eyes are open? That’s why rest is so vital — especially when engaging with powerful healing technologies. During sleep, the body naturally enters repair and rejuvenation mode. In an EESystem session, taking a nap (ideally for two hours or more) allows you to fully receive the benefits of the energy field.
Depending on your personal situation and desired results, it is suggested you visit us several times a week at first, then as often as you can.
At Paradigm Healing, we’ve created a peaceful, welcoming space designed to support deep relaxation and restoration. Our healing room features seven comfortable reclining chairs in a spacious, shared environment, allowing guests to unwind in the calming presence of others. Cozy blankets are available during your session along with ear plugs upon request at the front counter for guests’ convenience,
While we do not provide eye masks, we recommend bringing your own, especially if you are sensitive to light. We do close the blinds to minimize natural light, but please note — the room features 12 colorful energy screens, so it remains fairly bright throughout your session.

The Experience
Attending a Session
Here are some helpful tips to help you prepare for your EESystem session:
1. Eat a small snack or meal beforehand. Eating too much will lead the body to use energy for digestion, eat too little or nothing, you'll have hunger pains distracting you from relaxing.
2. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. Water is a conductor of energy and will aid in the healing process as well as aid in detoxing.
3. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to get checked-in, questions answered and started on-time.
4. Feel free to Bring a blanket, headphones, sleeping mask, or book to further enhance your experience. If you are bringing a child we recommend bringing a device to keep them entertained during their session. (Blankets will also be available during your session.)
5. The Energy Room is a QUIET place with meditative music to help promote relaxation. Please silence your phone and step outside if you need to take a phone call. Disruptive patrons will be asked to end their session early without a refund.
6. This might be the most important step of all, Open your mind. The mind is the biggest gateway to our healing. Set your intentions beforehand. Believe the body can be healed, believe the Energy Enhancement Systems will help you and the more energy will flow through your body helping you feel vibrant and alive.
Post-Session Healing
It may take up-to 24 hours before experiencing the short-term benefit(s). In the meantime, here are some post-session healing practices:
1. Stay Hydrated: Water will help your Kidneys and Liver push toxins out of the body.
2. Salt Bath, Foot Bath or Shower Scrub Detox: The ingredients will help pull out toxins stored near the surface of the skin. (Download Available below.)
3. Keep Those Energy Levels Up: Attend sessions frequently to keep your base energy levels up. If they drop down, your body won't heal itself. It will spend more time trying to balance frequencies with the energy it has. In-between sessions, be mindful of your thoughts/emotions, diet, exercise, hydration and sleep. These are key contributors to energy levels, imbalances and eventually chronic/ acute illnesses.
4. Keep detoxing! Putting back into the body that which has caused the issue in the first place will hinder healing. Refrain from eating processed foods like fast food. Instead opt for healthier options and organic options. Add lemon to your water, take probiotics, manage stress, get enough sleep, add berries and green leafy veggies to your diet to name a few. Their antioxidant and detoxing properties will help speed up the healing process. Each additional session, our bodies can focus on healing top priority issues.
AFTER CARE

2 Cups Baking Soda
1 Cup Borax (optional)
Dissolve ingredients in water as warm as tolerable & soak for 20 to 30 minutes

Dissolve ingredients in water as warm as tolerable & soak for 20 to 30 minutes

2 Tbsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Borax (optional)
Mix with a small amount water to make a thin paste. While in the shower/tub, use small scoops of mixture to scrub all over the body, especially the armpits, inside of elbows, back of knees, throat & under chin, side of face, abdomen, tops & bottoms of feet. Rinse.
